The Wavy Jade is a structurally unique succulent prized for its distinctively ruffled, ribbon-like foliage. Unlike the flat leaves of the common Jade, this subspecies features fleshy, bluish-gray to silver-green leaves with undulating, curled margins that create a dense, coral-like texture. It develops into a stout, multi-branched shrub reaching up to 3 feet (1 m) in height, making it an excellent medium-height filler for Mediterranean landscapes or a sculptural specimen for large patio containers.
